  • All returns will be refunded via Paypal after receipting of the goods without any damage. 
  • You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s). 
  • XIDUSTORE allows consumers to apply for a return within 14 days (14 days or more) after signing the item.
  • Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date. 
  • Items must be unaffected and have the original label attached. 
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received by our Distribution Center. 
  • XIDUSTORE is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

Should you choose to return, XIDUSTORE does not provide pre-paid return labels and you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs. please follow the instructions below to return in accordance with our full Online Returns Policy. 
To return by mail - Use your packing slip OR return form to return by mail using the carrier of your choice. You may print a return form and include this with the item(s) you would like to return. Your return form must be accurately filled out and include your order number to ensure immediate processing.

Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take several weeks to reach us if returning from an international location. Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once it is delivered to our Distribution Center. Once your return is fully processed, All returns will be refunded via Paypal.

CAN I USE THE RETURNS PORTAL IF I AM INTERNATIONAL?

HOW CAN I GET MY REFUND?

All returns will be refunded via Paypal after receipting of the goods without any damage. 

MY PACKAGE IS BEING RETURNED TO XIDUSTORE, WHAT DO I DO NOW?

If your package does not successfully deliver and is sent back to XIDUSTORE, it is typically due to insufficient address information. Your package will be returned by Amazon. This can happen if: 

The shipping address does not exist 
The shipping address is misspelled 
The shipping address is missing information (i.e. apt/bldg/suite number) 
The carrier is unable to safely deliver the package 


In any of the above cases, you will need to re-examine and correct your shipping information and re-deliver it to our designated shipping location. In addition, the logistics costs will be borne by you.

Can I change my product after receiving the goods?

After receiving the goods inspection without any damage, XIDUSTORE can support the replacement of the goods. In addition, the logistics costs are borne by the customer. If the price of the replaced goods is different from the price of the originally purchased goods, the customer must pay the relevant fees.
