1.1 xidustore.com accepts orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Orders are processed in the order they are received and expedited shipping orders, such as Priority and Express shipping, are elevated in priority to meet the delivery deadline. All orders from the UK/USA/France will be shipped through our Amazon warehouses in these three countries and follow the standard shipping methods provided by FBA.
1.2 For all orders from other countries, we will send the goods through 4PX/UPS/EMS/DHL and other logistics companies. After placing the order, we will manually generate the order and upload the logistics system. The system will automatically send the goods and follow the logistics policy and return service of each logistics company.
1.3 Orders placed are usually processed and shipped within 3~5 business days from the time the order is placed. Priority and Express orders placed before 11:00 AM PST will be processed and shipped out the same business day. Priority and Express orders placed after 11:00 AM PST will be processed and shipped out the next business day. The day an order ship does not count as a day in transit. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday and shipped within 2~6 days.
1.4 **Due to the high volume of orders during the holiday season you may experience extended processing time up to 7 business days.**
1.5 We currently do not ship to APO or FPO address. Orders that contain a different shipping address from billing address may be subject to review, in which case the customer will be contacted. This can delay the shipping time. XIDUSTORE cannot guarantee same day expedited shipping when an order is placed on hold for review. The tax rate is based on the shipping address and not the billing address.
2. Lost or Stolen Packages
2.1 - If the package shows delivered to your address but is missing you must report the lost to us within 2 weeks of placing your order (domestic shipments) or 4 weeks of placing your order (international shipments). Once you have reported your lost package, we will launch an inquiry with our carrier about the lost package and attempt to have it recovered. If the carrier declares the package to be a complete loss, we will reship your order to you at no charge if stock is available.
2.2 - We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

4. Shipping Destination & Rates
4.1 XIDUSTORE currently only supports free shipping in countries such as the UK/US/France. When the shipping cost exceeds US$35, we will bear half of the shipping cost, and the remaining half will be borne by the buyer.
5. Track Package
5.1 When your order ships from our warehouse, we send you a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number. To track your package, simply enter your tracking number at http://dsxiduecom.aftership.com.
6. Refuse Package
6.1 If your package cannot be delivered, is unclaimed, or is refused, you are responsible for the following:
-Original and return shipping costs.
-Duties, taxes and other customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and return shipments.
6.2 The amount of these charges will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
